  • I can't find my download link!

In most cases your download should be in your primary inbox or in junk/spam. Please check here to make sure you have it.
Still can't find your download email? Customers frequently misspell their email address by accident at checkout which means their download is sent to the wrong email. If this is the case for you and you haven't received your PDF or audio file yet, and you've also checked spam, send us an email.
It is our mission to make sure you get what you purchased and we want to limit any unnecessary delays or inconveniences.
Email postmaster@becomingalphawoman.com if you have not received your purchase yet with your full name and the email you used to purchase. We will sort this out for you immediately.

  • How do I download an e-book I've bought?

Using the download link sent to your email after purchase, you will be taken to a page with your order number and an "Access Now" button. Click this button, then click "Download Now". Your PDF will appear and from here you can save the e-book to your device.   
  • My digital download link is no longer working.
First try again on a new device.
If it still doesn't work, send us an email and we will reset your link.
  • I used the wrong email when purchasing!
Email postmaster@becomingalphawoman.com with your full name and the email you were meant to use to purchase. We will sort this out for you immediately.

  • When will my order arrive?
Every product on our site is digital and the email with your download link is sent to you immediately after purchase. We do not sell physical products. If you do not get the email with your download link, send us an email and we will resend it to you immediately.
